Message	over the past 25 yrs, I have done a lot of water pumps using rtv and gasket. Make sure you prep the surface (remove all old gasket material). Apply rtv to water pump, press gasket on, apply rtv to engine mating surface then press wp to engine block and secure with bolts. Make sure to bleed the system of air after filling with coolant 67.5 Datsun 1600 roadster 72 240z 92 300zxtt
